Fish Captures end user agreement
- Captures without pictures
- Fish Captures without any photographs may be changed to 'private' by our administrators.
- Inapropriate content
- We (Fish Captures) do not tolerate uploading of inappropriate or pornographic material and members suspected of this may have their IP addresses permanently blocked.
- Unwanted publicity
- We do not tolerate unwanted or unlawful publicity of fish captures and any members suspected of this may lose their membership.
- Right to edit or delete
- We reserve the right to edit or omit content from the system if deemed necessary.
- Membership refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse or delete membership without explanation.
- Backups of data
- Whilst we endeavor to protect your photographs and capture data, we cannot be held responsible for any permanent loss of either.
- Age restrictions
- Members must be over 16 or have permission from a legal guardian.
- Image copyright
- Individual members are responsible for ensuring that they own the copyright to pictures and text that they upload.
- Free advertising
- Whilst we encourage business owners to share their details - only a reasonable amount of product endorsement is acceptable via capture reports and photos, blatant and persistent advertising is not allowed. We offer a range of advertising options - please contact us for details.
